I came across this website today called Peer Texts, its a new site where students can Lend or Borrow their books to help save money on textbooks, and possibly earn some extra money from the books that you lend out.
It seems that the website isn't fully functional yet and is only limited to Ryerson students, but I'm sure as it grows more schools will be added. You can read more on how it works here, What do you guys think about this concept?
